At Damage Control Mouthguards, we prioritize your protection and satisfaction above all else. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened gear to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-fit mouthguards are non-refundable once the impression kit has been processed.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include a note with your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee the safe arrival of your return to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
